I wasn't impressed with the person that cleaned my teeth. I did not appreciate being badgered about not flossing and her not using the water jet to clean my teeth. My teeth do not feel as clean as they usually do when I leave your office.
I have always felt welcome and the staff is very friendly. Oh yeah, Dr Cronkite is also very friendly and professional.
I'm concerned that only the front of my teeth were polished and not the back of my teeth. Is this a change as in the past both front and back have been polished. I'm wondering if this was because staff was running behind due to a hygienist having to go home early (pregnancy issue). I did feel rushed through the polishing as the hygienist I had was trying to finish prior to Dr. Cronkhite coming in.

The service and care was excellent.
Everyone was very nice and supportive. They explain my options very clearly and I felt very confident that they were telling me honestly what my situation was and how to go forward.

After going to the same dentist for 13 years, I decided to find a new office closer to school. My visits with my previous dentist were short and not very thorough and they also left me in pain as I had to return multiple times to fix the awful job they did! After visiting Mill Creek, I will never go back to my old dentist again! Dr. Cronkhite worked with me to help solve my problems.
