I like the fact that, even when I was setting up my appointment and asking questions about having to go through the battery of panoramic x-rays to irradiate my future offspring, the person on the phone reassured me that we would take care of the problem at hand first. THAT's patient care, not insurance gouging! Dr. Cronkhite is not your stereotypical dentist. The whole crew at Mill Creek is great. Reception greeted me by my first name, and everyone was honestly interested in how I was doing. Great friendly atmosphere. I really like coming in for my visits.
