Two people sitting at reception. I waited to see the hygenist for about 30 minutes. Amy later explained why to me, but it would have been nice to have one of the receiving staff explain that there was likely to be a short wait because of an overbook situation from earlier. The waiting room is nicely furnished, but has a limited selection of titles for reading. I would have like to seen Dr. Cronkite in front of me when we first met instead of just over my shoulder. i loved his bedside manner and the extra time he took to make sure i was ready to have my tooth pulled. the whole staff was so nice.
My appt went very well and the staff was friendly and professional. My hygienist was very nice and wonderful to talk too .

I'm not good on remembering names (sorry!!) but each staff member I met was very nice and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The dental hygienist that does my usually cleaning is fantastic and it's great to be able to stick with the same hygienist since that also makes my visit more pleasant as well. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to this practice.
Service, explanations, and treatments were great as usual.
All went as expected.. which is great
I recently referred Heidi McCammon and her 3 kids to your practice. This was the most gentle "measuring" experience I've had. Also, the fact that the hygienist did not "call out" the numbers while measuring my gums GREATLY reduced the stress of the procedure. Thank you!
