You and your staff are outstanding
All hygienists on hold on hold till dentist arrived in the office. Delayed start about 15minutes. Once we got going it was very good.
I have been taking my son here for 3 yrs now. Along with our other children we've adopted. I love how the front desk knows us, by name, asks us how we are and actually remembers us. We're just not another patient, they know us. That means a lot. Along with the rest of the staff and Dr. Conkrite. That kind of care isn't seen much anymore. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
Both Jennifer and Dr. Cronkhite were cordial and knowledgeable re my needs!
The staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My family is really seeking more natural approaches to our dental care. Not using fluoride, mercury fillings, or resins containing BPA is preferable to us. These are options we would like to see. Thank you.
I CAME EARLY. My schedule was such that I went in early to save on my traveling. I was happy to just set and read. I enjoy the lighthearted atmosphere that is always there. The bonus is they worked me in early somehow. THANKS !
