No complaints at all - I really appreciate your being able to schedule me & my two boys together for appointments.
I was super happy with the care the staff gave to me and my family. Dr. Cronkhite took as long as we needed to explain any questions we had.
8 AM visit, only waiting a few minutes. All people are friendly, answer any questions you have. They get right to it and you aren't waiting long at all for the Dentist to do the final review.
Great staff!! Dr. Cronkhite brought me out of my long time fear of Dentists.
front desk very friendly, very much enjoyed the cleaning. forget her name, the Cubs fan, LOL, oh i mean dirty white socks fan LOL : ) seriously, she was very very good customer service / polite / friendly, top notch care. it is an uncomfortable situation showing teeth problems to someone. your staffs customer service and friendliness make me want to come visit weekly LOLOL but not really, i will take care of my teeth : ) : ) And Dr. Cronkhite was very professional, informative and friendly. We had a great visit. I love that you worked to get both of my children done in a timely manner due to us having another appointment and the weather. Thank you so much. We love this office; office staff is very friendly and greeted both kids by name when we entered
