I was so pleased that I was able to get in the same day I called about a painful tooth, and even more excited that Dr. Cronkhite was able to cure the problem so quickly!!! AMAZING JOB!
Despite needing to have a tooth extracted, my visit was painless. I have to commend both Jennifer Mann and Dr. Cronkhite. There was the utmost concern for my pain level throughout the cavity repair and tooth extraction. I was very impressed by the fact that it was never assumed that I was numbed, rather before starting any of the work I was checked and double checked. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of care that I received at MillCreek Dental. I will certainly be returning and recommending the practice.
I want to apologize to Mrs Mann. I think I kind of freaked out when she was agjusting the bite. It was sliding the bite back towards tooth #2, all I could think about was the pain I experienced before you all adjusted away from #2. So I asked her to stop. I may have come across wrong or ungrateful and I did not mean to. Thanks. After the root canal on #2 I!ll be back, see ya then. Tim Gress

Jenny is amazing as a dental hygenist. Love it when she is the one I get to do my work!!!
It was nice coming to the dentist and not being scolded for lack of flossing. Lol although I agree with its importance.
