Great office. Love the front office staff. From the very first time I went to this office, they knew me by name.

The only reason for my "Not so good" response was that I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and I was not given any kind of heads up. I had to get up and ask before they said my technician was "backed up". I thought that was pretty bad customer service. If maybe 10-15 minutes in they would have told me my person was backed up then I would have given this a 'Very Good' review.
Mill Creek Family Dental always has the nicest staff, friendly and helpful. The doctor always takes time to visit and to ask if there are any questions he can help with. I don’t have any suggestions for improvements and always brag about the way I get treated to my friends and family. It is nice to have a dental office you trust and almost enjoy going to visit. Great visit. Excellent and attentive staff.
I made appointment for cleaning. I did not get teeth cleaned. Instead referred to Periodontal appointment. As the patient I need more say in these decisions.To delay cleaning makes me suspect cleanings are not as crucial as I previously have been told.
I would advise financial situations not be discussed in front of all patients in the waiting area. Also discussed dental procedures in front of other patients. Need to have privacy for medical or financial situations. Everyone can hear everything.
the hygienist was professional, and explained everything to my daughter (8 years old) including showing us xrays, answering her questions completely.
