I had a terrific experience at Dr. Cronkhite's office. He is a great dentist and I could have asked for a better experience, even though it is the dentist.
Very friendly and professionaly
From the beginning I've really appreciated Dr. Cronkhite's honesty, more than anything. At this last visit, he could very easily have prescribed a whole new crown, but he was honest and let me know it was just a matter of re-cementing my old post and crown. I appreciate it so much!
They were very nice and did a great job.
Josie dad was late getting her to her appointment however I felt her filling was going ok until she got scared and squirmed but dr got frustrated right away and he immediately threw hands up said send her to peds and he had just told me he was almost done I felt he was very impatient with her and the tooth was barely numb which I realize might have been due to her dad being late I was on time but he had our daughter and I'm sure it put dr behind in scheduling but she was not unruly just needed a short second to catch her bre... read more
I have been a patient for seven years and have never had anything but a great experience. The entire team is personable and caring. Dr. Cronkhite is a true professional with super people skills. I highly recommend Millcreek Family Dental!
Jenny was very sweet. I was so scared, not having had my front teeth worked on before ~ a LOT of questions! But she answered them all and I was able to relax. Dr. Cronkhite is a really nice guy, too. It was a quick and painless experience.
I was very unhappy as I drove all the way from Rossville to be told that the dentist wouldn't see me because I had a slight cold. I feel that it was very unprofessional to send me back hone. This survey doesn't even pertain to me. I shouldn't have received it if you had marked that I wasn't seen.
