The Lady that helps me is not very nice, she never smiles or explains what is happening. I have to personally ask in order to get the information.

I was there on day one to get cleaning. I had some cavities and they had me back in the very next morning. One of the best dentist experiences I have had. Great team.

When the hygenist has Dr. Cronkite come in after the cleaning, Dr. Cronkhite never comes around to face me. He talks to me while he is behind the chair. If he came around and faced me and shook my or anyone else's hand, it would be better. He is always behind my chair and I am answering questions to the air.

Everyone there is great. Dr Cronkhite is a great Dentist and great guy. I have recommended him to others that I work with.
My daughter is disabled and just recently was accepted into Medicaid. I am thankful for Mill Creek accepting patients in her situation and providing great care.
Laura was outstanding. It is a always such a pleasure to meet Dr. Cronkite.
