Easy to see why this is a city favorite! The food was fantastic and the atmosphere completely laid back. The potato latke was amazing and I could drink the coffee all day!!
Waited 40 mins for a table, we were sat, 20 mins and no one had come over, had to stop a server and see if anyone was going to take our table. My food was burned, friends food was cooked to standard. Drinks were good. This place is ehh
Had the black bear and goat cheese crumble cake..amazing! Quaint spot with different and creative foods. Great place for brunch and will definitely be returning.
Tries a little too hard to be edgy and just comes off as weird, in my opinion. The meal portions are very small but the baked goods are normal sizes. My server was very pleasant. The coffee is just okay. If you like to look hip while you eat tiny food, this is the place for you!
The BEST breakfast/lunch food in Indianapolis. Ordering a craft cocktail is a must!! In addition to being nominated for a James Beard Award, this place has been featured multiple times on the Food Network, including being declared a top 5 restaurant in the United States. I recommend ordering multiple entres and sharing in order to get a good taste of the broad menu. Excellent... Yum!!!
Fancy items on menu. Pretentious service. No decaf coffee or tea. Enjoyed what was ordered. The refillable cup of coffee was barely a 6 oz cup.
The food is fairly good but the portion sizes are small. I left the restaurant hungry and I am not a big eater. I also ordered a pancake for my 4 year old (who did not like it) and was not able to exchange it for something else. The waitress said I could order an additional item, but not exchange or take the item off my order. So parents with smaller children just be aware of this fact. I have never heard of a restaurant not being accommodating. Needless to say, I will never be back.
