I test drove about 12 different medium sized sedans to see what make/model I liked best and it was the altima. We had a great experience buying a 2012 Murano from Milford Nissan! Over a period of several weeks we conducted a lot of research on the Murano and on local Nissan dealerships. Once we were ready to buy we contacted four dealers that were rated the best for their service and prices. Milford Nissan was by far the lowest quote of the four. From the moment we stepped through the door there was an clear focus on the customer experience and absolutely no pressure. The first question was to determine our needs. It was really nice to filter down the number of vehicles online and hit the lot in a logical path rather than some places that make you walk back and forth. Sales person was very pleasant, and not pushy, knowledgeable and easy going. i knew what i was looking for, he did not try to push me in to some thing different. they answered all my questions and there was no pressure or high pressure sales intent.
