We went there to look at the Altima's and met with Brian.He was totally professional and courteous. No high pressure what so ever.I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. Brian was so patient with my mother-in-law who was buying the car. He took his time and explained everything to her. At no time was he pushy. He is good man but a great salesman. Milford Nissan was a very pleasant place to buy a car from. Brian spent a lot of time with us, as we test drove at least 4 cars. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, but absolutely NOT pushy or aggressive. They gave us time & privacy to think, talk & decide what was best for us. All without making us feel like we were being pressured into a deal. They worked with us to get the options we wanted @ the price point we could afford. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales folks; great experience. Brian was great at walking me through the capabilities of the car and John was able to work with me on a payment plan that worked for me.

My daughter needed a new vehicle ASAP. Difficult situation, but I worked with Brian and we are very happy with her new car. Customer service is so important in today's world and they do it very well.

From initial inquiry to final sale, everyone i worked with at milford nissan was fantastic. they were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. my final decision to buy the vehicle at milford was based on friendliness and convenience. those interested in saving a few bucks sacrificing a friendly experience may want to consider shopping elsewhere. i'm sure a better price is available elsewhere, but the price at milford was reasonable.
