I'm 62 years old and have bought numerous new cars for myself and my family. This was the best car purchasing experience I have had. There was no rush to purchase, despite it being year end for them. Everyone from the phone receptionist to the Owner (who introduced himself) were pleasant,professional and a pleasure to deal with. When they said "we want your business" I felt they really meant it. I was very pleased with my car buying experience at Milford Nissan. Brian was very pleaseant and easy to work with as was the General Sales Manager, John McCarthy. The atmosphere was very low key, not your typical "Car Sales People". I would recommend Milford Nissan to friends.

I have used Milford Nissan for service and enjoyed the treatment and experience. When my wife and I went looking for cars they were our first stop. Brian was super helpful, casual , patient and really helped us alot in making the proper choice. It was a big step for us leaving the mini van behind and moving into an adult car. Very friendly with a genuinely helpful nature. Very responsive and attentive to calls and emails. Best price around for my Frontier Pro-4X pickup. Great, not just good treatment AFTER the sale too! Brian Rogers was my salesman...very helpful through the whole process! John McCarthy was the sales manager...very friendly. I even met and have had several not-short and/or "canned" conversations with the dealerships owner, Jeff Batta...a very nice person himself! Would and will definitely recommend them for any car purchase.

My experience at Milford Nissan so far was the best that i have had with any car dealers. I was looking for a 2011 nissan the salesperson Monica Smith was very knowledgeable about her product than the last 3 dealers i was at. She took time to explain the car and the difference between the models and packages that are offered for that make . I would recommend Milford Nissan to anyone looking to buy a new or used car from them .

We had a wonderful experience at Milford Nissan. The sales department (Brian Rogers) in particular was fantastic! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Hopefully the Altima we bought will be as great as the dealership!

Brian was more than patient. We visited Milford Nissan a few times trying out different cars finally settling on the Murano. Brian was very knowledgeable about any of the cars we looked at and answered all of our many questions. We also got a good price on our old trade in. Todd went above and beyond trying to find us our preferred color. The showroom was very clean and updated. All of the staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Thanks Milford Nissan. I love my new Murano.
