I was involved in an accident where someone totaled my 2012 car. It was a stressful period dealing with insurance companies and deadline to replace my vehicle. Todd and Armand made the transition and the purchase of a my new car easy, stress free and very comfortable. I had been looking for a new (used car) for a couple of weeks and after going to a couple of places I ended up at Milford Nissan and it has been the best experience ever when purchasing a car. My salesman Brian was absolutely awesome he answered all my questions, wasn't pushy as some sales guys can be and took care of any concerns I had. I've never gone to a dealership where they make you feel at ease while purchasing a vehicle.

This dealership (Nissan MIlford, MA) was great. I was greeted quickly, spoke with a representative about my needs and took a test drive in a Nissan Murano (color and style that I wanted) within about 30 minutes. Guy Bedau was very helpful, courteous and I felt extemely comfortable talking with him about options. I did not feel like I was getting the run-around. I had a great experience with Brian, Jim and John. Everyone was very friendly and not pushy at all. I had been to two other dealers (non Nissan) and Milford Nissan was by far the easiest to deal with. I had an extremely busy week, personally, and they worked around my schedule every step of the way. I would highly recommend Brian, and I will be back.

I had just bought a 2011 nissan sentra and it was a quick and easy yet wonderful experience for my first car purchase. Guy Bedau was very knowledgeable of the cars that were in my price range and could give me so much information on the car that I had bought. Being my first car, I would not have had the service and experience any other way. Guy was also very friendly and could always keep a fun and happy conversation going! I recommend Milford Nissan to everyone out there looking for a car!!

I have been a Nissan customer for about 10 years and this is my fourth dealership in MA. This has been the most seamless and easiest purchass with the Nissan corporation. They are polite, respectful and not just "trying to sell". From the beginning, on the phone they were helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealer and hope that their continued success is based on what I experienced today. I now have a new home for all my Nissan car purchases.

We traveled 2 hours to visit Milford Nissan and were glad we did! They were very pleasant, friendly and professional, not pushy at all. We will certainly got there again when needing a vehicle.
