I've been dealing with James at Ashford. As an Autistic person I generally find dealing with people very trying. James has been nothing but kind, helpful, he's listened and followed my instructions. Which has made the process far calmer than previous experiences. The team are cheerful and helpful I'd highly recommend.
Reece and his team were great. Reece had exceptional knowledge of the local market which helped us to sell.
We made several visits to Canterbury to view properties and the whole team in the office were friendly. very helpful and made us very welcome. Lynette shone, on the various visits showing us numerous properties and was very knowledgeable about the properties and the surrounding area. We never felt pushed for time (as we do ask questions!).
