If you want to step back in time then this little place is perfect, it's not too far from the car park so not too much of a walk, although it is hilly so be aware At the site you can feel what it was like to be a Roman on guard along Hadrian's wall. This site is well preserved and worth a visit.

Wer geschichtlich Interesse hat, dem kann ich diesen Ort nur empfehlen. Hier ist der Hadrian's Wall noch relativ "gut" erhalten. Man kann an der Mauer entlang wandern und die Landschaft genießen. Es liegt etwas abgelegen was aber nicht schlimm ist, so hat man Ruhe. Ich habe in der Nähe auf dem Campingplatz "Hadrian's Wall Campsite". Sehr gemütlicher kleiner Platz mit freundlichem Personal😊.
