This company failed to deliver in so many ways. We gave them a budget but they kept coming back with much higher quotes. Eventually when all was agreed, they assigned the worst ID to us. She made so many mistakes and was eventually sacked towards the end of our project. The colour of our kitchen was totally different from what we asked for and when we complained, she said they didn’t have the colour we wanted in stock! Milc Interiors has to be the WORST interior design company on the planet. What a shame. I had the unfortunate experience of hiring them to decorate my apartment. They don’t have proper designers - I have better design sense. They have no concept whatsoever of space and measurement. And they source low quality furniture from suppliers based on how little they can pay them. Result- 1. the timeline was extended by almost a year, 2. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with MILC Interior, and I must say that it was far from satisfactory. Throughout the entire process, I encountered constant delays, an abundance of unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of attention to detail. It's disheartening to have such high expectations shattered by such a disappointing service. One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience was the way the painters handled their work.
