Had major issues with Milburns. Were trying sell a house and they left us in a worse place legally had had to get the ombudsman involved ( pending decision). It's costing us at least £2/3k more due to their lack of advice/ service. They kept saying everything was fine until the 11 hour and they had the information for approx 6 months. AVOID! Update. They were found GUILTY of 3 counts of poor service by the Ombudsman!
