Milards, Craig and the rest of team have been great in getting my property on the market and rented. I used to be my home and they showed care and respect to it. They vetted applicants in a professional manner. Helped make getting all the required certificates and now I have tenants I am confident they will ensure they will the property is looked after. I’ve had an excellent experience with Craig. From the first meeting, he was dedicated and incredibly knowledgeable in his area and helpful on how to handle the situation in the most professional way. Craig has always been very responsive, and supported me not only with the letting of the property, but also to find the right tenants for me. Craig and the business made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended. 5 stars is a must!
