AboutThe Milano Inn has served delicious food with Italian hospitality to downtown Indianapolis since 1934. Description Back in 1934, when Indianapolis’ population was less than half of what it is today, a late 19th century brick building on a hill just southeast of downtown opened for business as The Milano Inn restaurant. I like it because they have a gluten-free menu and the wait staff is conscientious of their customers. Very friendly.
I was welcomed here for a luncheon meeting with a group I am involved with. We had the buffet style for our group of about 30 people. The food was excellent, served family style at each table, 4 large platters of different items, salad and bread sticks, drinks and dessert included with the meal. The servers were awesome, very polite and we never waited for a thing. The servers were on top of it through out the entire meal. I will definitely recommend the Milona Inn to my friends, family, and business partners. Bravo!!
Stopped in with Focus, my Greyhound, for Pasta for Pups. Great food. LOVED the patio. LOVED the food even more!!
My 2 Retired Racing Greyhounds & I loved our evening on the patio with dozens of our greyhound pals. Chicken Lasagna is Scrumptipus!
We live eating at the Milano Inn! There good food and hospitality is 2nd to none!
I had to take a dog sitting client, Wrigley out for 3 hours while a realtor showed his house. One of our stops was Milano Inn. They treated us great. He was served a bowl of ice water and two dog treats. I had the best Fettuccine Alfredo. We sat on the patio. The waiter put our umbrella up so we wouldn't get wet if it rained. They were definitely dog friendly! Great food and service too!
Alfredo sauce is one of the best ever. Cheesy bread was yummy, hot, & had the perfect dipping sauce. My berry salad was huge & will be enjoyed tomorrow for lunch. Hard to decide if the dinner bread tastes best dipped in the oil, Alfredo sauce, soup, or slathered in butter. Nice stop on our day trip.
