Very disappointing experience due to poor coordination and mismanagement. The hospital staff failed to communicate properly and, most importantly, an appointment was shown/confirmed to us even though it was not actually available. We were made to plan our time around the appointment, only to face confusion and inconvenience when we arrived. Here I wanted to share my good experience about my lscs which is done in milann. I was incredibly anxious about having an LSCS, but Dr. Sunitha walked me through every step and made it a beautiful birth experience. The most supportive doctor treats you like family, answers every question patiently, and provided wonderful emotional support before and after my C-section.
