Poor service and negligence: I booked an appointment via hospital website for a penile infection consultation. On the first floor, I paid ₹1200 (₹1000 for the doctor + ₹200 registration), but Practo listed the doctor’s fee as only ₹800—already a discrepancy. The doctor heard my issue, prescribed meds and tests, and asked me to return Thursday.
