Awful customer service and a total lack of professionalism. I have a genuine appreciation for flowers and regularly buy from reputable, talented florists — so I know what good floristry and good service look like. Unfortunately, this florist offered neither. The bouquet she prepared for my mother was poorly arranged, careless, and completely lacking in style or thought. Purchased a bouquet for my wife from the 24/7 vending machine. What a brilliant idea this is incredibly convenient couldn’t believe my eyes that there’s a vending machine for flowers. For the price it’s not great value however for the convenience it’s worth every penny. If it can cheer up the wife I’m all for it.

One of the worst shop I been to its a rip off bought flowers from there new machine that's on Barking Rd for £35 was really disappointed the flowers looked half dead when i Went to the shop and told the lady that not enough in the bouquet.She was too busy talking to a friend.And just did not bother really disappointed.I will never go into a shop like this stay away
