Mike was brilliant. Gets right to the point and helps find the problem. Gave me strength exercises & also goes into every detail. I went for a massage orginally but mike said no to that!,where other would say yes to what you asked and done a full examination to see what my actuall problem was.

Mike has helped me through a range of injuries over the past few months. When I started with Mike my knees were having regular injections and were also very weak, with regular physio sessions I can now train and play with no knee supports and the pain has massively decreased. I also broke my elbow leading to loss of movement within that arm to which with Mike's help I have managed to get full range of movement back.

Extremely good, helped my hip a lot to recover also doing it very quickly giving me all the equipment needed to help as well for my exercises. Furthermore, helped me understand everything as to what the issue is with my hip. And at the end of it gave me exercises to prevent any further injuries towards my hip. Won’t keep you on for longer than needed, would definitely recommend to anyone needing physio treatment!

Highly recommend Mike! Sorted out my knee issue, from being kicked by a horse a few months previous to me seeing him, straight away there was improvement and within 1-2 months it was sorted, weekly exercises and always available for any questions, definitely will not go anywhere else!

Had a shoulder issue for about half a year but after a couple sessions with Mike it sorted itself out! Cheers Mike!
