Ruined my floor. After writing to them threw there social media account face book page. And asking them for refund. That Blocked me Not very professional
To make a very long story short had laminate flooring installed by one of Mike's installers called Steven, however gaps where filled with silicon and the job wasn't completed due to Stevens unprofessional manner. It took Mike a week before the court order was due to take place, as I waited 2 months for Mike to get an installer out to my property to finished the job and fix the issue. Mike refunded £100 and got another installer to rectify the mess to a reasonable state.
All started well, good pricing and good communication from Mike. However, the job was left unfinished after the first fitters visited in the 2nd week of July. They also left the house an absolute tip. All cuttings / rubbish were just left strewn around the house and thrown haphazardly on the front drive. Then began the pain. I was constantly promised on a daily basis that it would be resolved and that fitters "would be there tomorrow".
