Firstly, it is my local bike shop which should be supported. I have bought three bikes from the shop in the past and the service was always first class. This was different as I wanted my bike to be fitted with a range of new top end parts. Mike discussed my choices with me, gave opinions and advised and then sourced them for me. The parts were fitted in two phases and the service was excellent from start to finish. Mike also did not seem to mind my bike waffling which was a bonus.
