Very professional and extremely responsive to an urgent need to get hot water restored when the old boiler gave out. Very competitive quote and great references from folks we know that have used Mike Thorne. Complete boiler replacement with a new type and new location was completed in 3 days and the quality of the workmanship was evident. Highly recommend.
Highly trustworthy, professional, excellent service. I have had Mike install and service my boiler for over 10 years now, and allways completely happy with the service. Also other plumbing works. On two occasions he has also come straight over, to help sort situations other builders have caused including gas leaks and radiator leaks.

If you want a plumber who is bored enough to be vile about 2 dogs and old age pensioners at his home life go ahead honestly this man is pathetic and clearly is bored to worry about dog barking and to make matters worse I overheard he messed about with gas and nearly caused a leak defo would not use him and would keep well away
We first contacted Mike to ask him to replace a very old Hot Water tank as we were getting some solar panels etc. He was quite happy to discuss our plans & initial thoughts, gently guiding us to the optimal solution. Work was scheduled & Mike arrived on time, put down dust sheets and got straight to work. Fuelled by the proffered beverages throughout the morning, he quickly got everything installed, connected, filled & checked and then tidied up.
