This dealer was horrible. They led me on, refusing to provide my financing rate until ultimately selling the vehicle out from under me while I was waiting for them to reply. Then attempted to sell me another vehicle, classic bait and switch. I was lied to by two different people and the salesman was both unprofessional and seemed to have no working knowledge of how the process should have worked. They replied but provided information on a different vehicle not the one I inquired about. When I responded that the information was on wrong vehicle, they responded by sending same vehicle. I just gave up....
Dealer contacted me...set up test drive for next day. I received a video via email with a brief virtual tour of the car and its features. IMMACULATE condition! Loved it and the customer service was EXCELLENT! The BEST car buying experience I've ever had...from the receptionist, to salesperson, manager and believe it or not finance dept. NO hassle, no long drawn out process or pressure whatsoever. I would DEFINITELY recommend Nalley Nissan Atlanta!
