My experience was good. My wife and I purchased the vehicle but some of the sales service experience could be improved. We did not receive the owners Manuel and service warranty’s booklets before departing though they were requested. Also; one of the hub caps had curb rash on it (though the car had 10 miles and was on the showroom floor) when initially inspected. The dealership did replace with another matching rim & tire before our departure but in doing so removed all lock-in lug nuts from all the rims. After my departure ... read more
The sales dept is not professional. They want to sell a car with some paint scratches which they don't want to fix.

This dealer was horrible. They led me on, refusing to provide my financing rate until ultimately selling the vehicle out from under me while I was waiting for them to reply. Then attempted to sell me another vehicle, classic bait and switch. I was lied to by two different people and the salesman was both unprofessional and seemed to have no working knowledge of how the process should have worked. They replied but provided information on a different vehicle not the one I inquired about. When I responded that the information was on wrong vehicle, they responded by sending same vehicle. I just gave up....
