It was really good worth calling.
Good experience....but raised the price when I got there
Alabama tax rate where I live is 3 percent. Nalley charged me 7 percent. The deal I made on the phone changed once I got to the dealer.
I got several emails from different people at Nally Nissan before I made the 2 hour drive over. One email told me to ask for a particular person when I got there, which is what I did. I was told he (the person who emailed me) was the manager and that someone else would be helping me. I went through several different people, only to find that the salesperson who greeted me at the door, would be the person to help me. One of the emails I received was from the internet manager. I found the Murano I was looking for on Cargurus: low mileage, perfect color inside and out, and extras. I would have loved to have done business with my local Nissan dealership but they are so pushy and I caught them in several lies but that's another story for another time. I made an appointment to come in on a Saturday morning and the dealership is over an hour drive. Lloyd was my salesperson and he was very nice and not pushy. Dealer was very helpful. Contacted me right away and was very flexible with meetings and test drives.
I visited the lot but I't seems that they wanted to keep their vehicle rather than sell it! I thought the idea was to sell vehicles not keep them! Too funny and I'm already pre qualified to trade and buy!
