We had an exceptional experience with this dealer. They were helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend.
Response was a little slow but they were polite and answered my questions.
I live in Louisiana and was looking to purchase a vehicle in Atlanta because the price was cheaper. I called and was connected to the internet sales manager. The internet sale manager was very rude. He quoted me a price then backed out the deal. He wouldn't let me speak with the general manager after i started questioning him about the process.
Sales person didn't seem like she was willing to work with me and wife and for this reason we went to another dealer and purchased a Brand New SUV
Dealer totally incompetent No clew about the car car hat warning light on and no negotiation over phone possible I live 600 miles away so I will not travel there without info about the car not a good experience
This was the worst experience I ever had trying to buy a car at this dealership. I will never buy from them and I would not recommend them to anyone. They sold this car right from under me after they ran all my information and aproved me and started my paper work on the vehicle.
