Idiots put 3 out of 5 lug nuts on my wife's crv 2 weeks ago and shes been driving like that since. This place has been going down hill for a while now. I recommend going somewhere else.
The people are so accommodating in the service area. They are thorough. They don't try to scam you; they are very honest.
HORRIBLE customer service (with the exception of Bud the service manager). GM never available and reroutes calls, leaves me on hold for over 6 minutes. Almost 2 months after buying a brand new 2020 Odyssey they still have not fixed the radio problems. Phone receptionists have attitudes and seemed annoyed if you call. If you don’t have any problems with your car it is probably fine to buy from them, if you do have a problem good luck. 1st time ever buying a brand new car and thanks to them will never do it again!
My appointment was at 10am I got here at 9:21 checked in and my car wasn’t looked at until 11am and also received a text if I had any questions t text Konner so I did and asked how much longer would my car be and no response! So I physically got up and went to the service desk and asked and was told it wouldn’t be to much longer and I am still waiting for a update, so Konner just came to me as I was finishing writing this recommendation and gave me an update as to why my car has been making the loud cranking noise that I hav... read more
This place is terrible!!! I go to get and oil change and have my wheels taken off and THEY forgot to take my hub rings off putting me and my wife’s like in danger and tried blaming me for it!!! Then they refused to give me paper work for their screw up. They had to replace my wheel, lugs and lugnuts. Now I go to have my tires rotated and they cross threaded the new lugs they put on just a few months ago. Stay as far away from this place as you can. Go over to Davis Honda if you can
They listen to your needs and do everything possible to accommodate you. Good and prompt service.

Their customer service sucks!! They could care less if they upset a customer. Then they say they want you to complete a survey, and if you give a bad one, they ban you from ever coming back to their establishment. Good thing I would never want to go back there! Good luck to the rest of you, avoid Bud Armstrong completely he is the service manager apparently and has NO customer service whatsoever! Warning as well, They are supposed to clean the cars out that they give as rentals. There was at least four different rental agree... read more
Wade is a awesome service advisor. He went out of his way to help me. He informed me of the repairs and explained exactly what’s wrong with my car. Piazza Honda really has the best service in the Phila Area. I’ve bought two cars from them and I’ll buy more... -Mike F
