I just moved here from Massachusetts… Where I had been doing business with the Honda people up there who by the way were wonderful… Your service people surpassed my expectations… They were welcoming efficient smiling and all-around wonderful to work with I am very happy to live near I will definitely use your dealership for all my Honda needs and I can’t praise your service staff enough. It really is people who make the difference

I had an appointmeny today at 8:30.26A light on my dash indicating there was something wrong with the remote start entry on my car was on. It took them 3 hours to tell me they think it might be my remote. I was charged 72.00 for them to look at the car and made me sit there for almost 3 hours only to be told it might be my remote. Then quote a price of almost $200.00 for a new remote and for them to program it. It seemed as if they had no idea what the problem was but were going to have me pay out for a new remote hoping may... read more

Very good service at a reasonable price. Service was quick and pain free . I still need more work done on my car.

Look what these people charged my grandmom. Dealership taking advantage of a senior citizen that doesn't know any better! Ive never seen someone charge $600 for new brake pads and smoothing rotors!! And $150 for a trans flush on a car with only 20k miles that doesn't even need it yet! And break flush for $150. They charged $1250 for a job that should have been no more than $500 max! You guys will not get away with this...im calling consumer affairs! I can't believe you do this to people..especially an elder woman!

I did go over this with the Service Manager, And what you are presenting was an estimate of what the Service adviser had recommended, He did inform the customer that all that was really needed for inspection was the front breaks and the customer chose to do all the work now so she could avoid a second trip in the dealership. Horrible experience here three times! I definitely do not recommend their express service or even their main service center at this point in time. I have a 2017 Accord. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They stripped my lug nut and blamed it on wear and tear (27k miles). They would not take ownership for breaking a part on my vehicle then told me it’s safe to drive when it is not. Without a lug nut you’re doing damage anything over 30mph... suspension, alignment etc. I drive almost 100 miles a day for work. So m... read more

Everything was all good when they were getting a $30k check for the purchase of our vehicle. Very accommodating. Now that this van is having issues, I’m getting the run around. First of all, there is a service charge for it to be diagnosed. The car has 50k miles, and is under warranty. Why do I need to further come out of pocket, when the vehicle is clearly having transmission and engine issues?
