RecommendedCalled 20+ dealers, only a manager named Christian from Mike Piazza called me. The Only dealer that gave a Out the door price on the phone. Sales associate named Paulette and Edgar understood our needs and waited patiently for me and family. Didn’t feel any pressure at all. They offered us tons of add ons but not forced to buy it. I had recall work done and was in and out in less than an hour. The staff was very courteous and professional.
The grimiest Honda dealer, or dealer in general, I've ever dealt with. I will never buy or recommend this dealer. Even Honda Financial was shocked at how this dealer treated me.
The Express Service has great people who greet you kindly and your maintenance team work hard to get you in and out has quick has possible, all while doing it right. They also work hard to find you discount if any available. I do Recommend this place for you quick maintenance.

Bought several cars at piazza. Recently a used car for my mother. We had an issue with the car early on and had a bit so great experience when we talked to the finance guy. Not the girl she’s great !! Anyway long story short piazza took care of the issue at no charge. Totally redeemed themselves and will continue to be my Honda / used car dealer. Go see manny !! He’s great although still waiting on the extra key😉. And amy in finance ...delightful Young lady. Well Done piazza Honda.

honda is always professional and customer service is fabulous. every time I go.
Textbook bait and switch. Advertised a great price online, we show up in person to find there’s a non-negotiable $995 “dealer prep fee” on top of that price, listed no where on their website (even in the fine print). Our salesman even admitted they purposefully advertise lower price to show up in more searches online and that the “dealer prep fee” offsets that. Appreciate the honesty but stand by the price you advertise. All the stereotypes about used car salesmen apply here.
Three dead batteries in a year and the service manager calls to threaten us . Say what?
