Absolutely terrible. Went there for a A/C covered under warranty (2-3 hour job) . Literally took 6 weeks . Broke my fog light the first time and tried to hide it. Made me pay for the bulb . Completely ruined my bumper as if they dropped it on the ground and ground it across shop. Javier or whatever his name is was caught unplugging my dash cam. Ultimate game players/old school car buying experience. The internet quotes contain discounts you won't be eligible for, they low-ball trade-in values as if we don't all own computers to see what our cars are legitimately worth, and the showroom is literally falling apart. Best part of the night was when they kept offering $2K less on trade, but saying "give us a number." I gave you a number and you played games at your little circle finance/game players desk. I have been a customer at Mike Piazza Honda - Langhorne since 1999 when we bought a Honda Civic. We subsequently purchased a CRV in 2004 and an Odyssey in 2007. We had all of these vehicles serviced there religiously - until today. I called yesterday evening for an urgent repair to the rear sliding door of the Odyssey. The rep. said “we can take it first thing tomorrow if you leave it at the night drop”. This should have been my first warning. I had a terrible experience on Saturday 11/24- I stopped by the dealership to finalize the proposal offered to me in 11/20- they not only refused to honor their proposal, the General Manager was extremely rude - this is not the way to treat your customers. Everyone deserves RESPECT I WILL NEVER PUT MY STEPS INTO THEIR DOORS - RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL

The salesman Bob was amazing...I wish I could say the same thing about the rest of those that we had contact with. I called the general manager 4 times, left 3 messages and he didn’t have the decency to call me back. I know that he go my message because he passed off our issues to the person below him. I have called him 2 times, left messages and still no call back.
