Waited at the Express Service for one hour to have a front license plate placed on the car I bought there.

If you are using Express service the venue has changed to the very top of the hill. I waited in line in the other service area and then had to go move my car. All told my Express service took an hour and a half.
Thanks to Rashid and Jimmy for all of their help yesterday! We love our new CRV!
