Went to purchase CRV. It would have been my 3rd new car purchase from this dealership in 5 years. My usual sales person was not there. His team let him down. I received a great deal and service from Hamilton Honda. Sure it is a little further a way, but it is worth it.

I am so very disgusted with the customer service I received from the service department. I brought my car in there for a squeak that my mechanic diagnosed. Written up as customer complaining about a noise. They fixed what my mechanic said-\-\ AFTER 4 DAYS-\-\ and never test drove to see if the noise was gone-\-\ and guess what-\-\ it isn't. We have bought and/or leased our last 4 cars from Mike Piazza of Langhorne and are very satisfied customers. We had a 1st time problem with our Honda while on a trip to DC. We got towed to Mike Piazza of Reading and the Service Manager at Mike Piazza of Langhorne called Reading Honda to expedite things and get us back on the road. They are THE BEST!!!
