RecommendedI had to wheel and deal but in the end the General manager gave me one heck of a deal... Good job
They told us three separate times & reneged 3 times they would fix the issue with our 2010 Accord burning oil which there was a class action lawsuit for. Finally the fourth time they replaced piston rings. However we were told a $400 catalytic converter at Keenan would cost us $500 at Piazza, and there would be $250 charge for labor that needed to be done anyway to fix the rings. ��

I don't appreciate being publicly humiliated due to lack of communication on your part. I am beyond upset with how I was treated and don't think dropping off a car for a recall should have been such an awful process
