Waited almost two weeks for the parts for warranty work on my car. Dropped my car off last night for repairs to be done today. I called at 3:00PM- car never touched and after speaking to service manager, won't be done today. They fell behind... Great service Piazza Honda and when were you going to call me about the work not getting done today? 6:00 tonight? Have to remember lack of service here when I'm ready to buy my next car. Update.: Car fixed to my satisfaction, so I updated this review.

Awesome experience!!!...after having a not so good experience at Hamilton Honda I bought my 1st Honda Accord here about 20 years ago. Bought a CRV last night. Nick Bonatz was the salesman and he was great the minute pulled up. He was on top of everything, explained everything and made the process go very smooth. Also the 2 managers I met were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend Mike Piazza Honda to any Honda car buyers!!!

Had appointment at 1045 to fix a recall item. Car was dropped off at 1000. Called at 4 for a status update since we hadn't heard anything. They still hadn't even taken the car back. So much for appointments.
I posted a very good comment about Piazza Honda now they just reneged on the deal I would definitely stay away from this dealership
Great customer service. They realize that great customer service after the sale results in repeat business. Never had a negative experience with them. My next vehicle will be purchased here -- no question about that. That should tell all what I think about them.
Had my oil changed on Saturday (New Years eve)...had a family emergency and took a loved one to the hospital that night. One the way there we noted an awful smell but chalked it up to oil burning off. however on the way home the smell was unbearable that I had to turn off my heater- it actually caused me to have a headache. I had my husband take a look and the oil cap was never put on.
