Bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from the used lot. Had help all throughout the process from Jimmy. The paperwork said it included the sun rider softtop. When they couldn’t find it, I told Robert D it was a deal breaker. He then called his manager who said he would honor the paper. I bought the Jeep and drove off the lot. I called back the next day, and the day after, and the day after that. No response. I emailed, sent texts, called and now 4 weeks later I still haven’t got a call back.
