I bought a 2020 Honda Pilot in November. It’s already been in 3 times for the same electronic problem. After the second time in I drove off the lot and the car immediately went black again and I was driving blind! Had to turn right Around and bring it back in. I sat for an hour and a half while they tried to find me a loaner and No one seemed to really care. Now my car is still there and I’m having a difficult time getting anyone to help me. It’s a good Honda dealership in Pennsylvania . Service really good and time to time paperwork easy to explain all things of car and staff really professional and well known with friendly nature . I really like his service .
