Great person, generous and not greedy. You do have to chase him, neverthless, a very good man.
Totally unreliable! Contacted Mike on 27/10/23 regarding two flat roofs that needed replacing. He came, gave quote and we was told they would be replaced before Christmas. Christmas came & went with no show or word from Mike. We contacted him again on 6/1/24 asking why he’d not turned up and what was happening. No real explanation, other than he’ll be here before the end of January. What a surprise, another no show & worse still no contract or explanation.
