I don't want to leave a review on an agents page, so I will just post here. #statefarminsurance so far has not been a good company. I am appalled at the treatment of him. not at fault for the accident, with a camera as a witness, your response was that even though your insured was 100% AT FAULT YOU ARE ONLY GOING TO PAY OUT 20% OF THE DAMAGES and my next move is to speak to a lawyer. 4 battery charges in 3 years for 2 cars. Road sign assistance was canceled and we were not notified by State Farm or our agents. Time to move to a new insurance company

I was hit in a drive through by a State Farm customer. Of course he denied it and the cost of insurance is going to increase. The guy hit me. He changed his story and said I backed into him! Who backs up in a drive through? I have the guys insurance information, but he does not have mine! That should be enough to show who did what. Common sense does not matter. The One in Tannsersville, Pa is terrible Thought business was to compete against each other not just let customers walk away. Then when you pay for other insurance in full and you drop a different policy they want to raise your other policy even after paid in full. Stay Away People

I have State Farm Homeowners Insurance and I do not recommend them to anyone. I have had wind damage on my roof and they will not cover my damages. My next door neighbor had less damage than me and got his roof replaced by Erie Insurance. Every roofer that came to give me an estimate told me that State Farm is the worst in the industry when it comes to roof damage claims and I certainly see why. Get your insurance some where else!! STATE FARM drop me on my insurance because my A/C and Heating unit under the house caught fire. They wouldn't repair my units. They said I caused the fire on my home. While I was asleep at home in My bed. I paid my insurance on time every month on time. And they didn't want to repair the damage on my house. And drop me from my insurance. I am filling this complaint. Because I need my house repaired.

My husband has been a State Farm customer since 1995, though we are likely about to change this. We have attempted to use the Emergency Roadside Assistance several times, and nearly every time they have turned us down and refused to help. The only two exceptions have been when our vehicles were experiencing battery trouble. They have been genuinely helpful when we have had claims, but I think we have finally had enough with them. An impossible company to deal with if you have a claim. They nicklel and dime you to death and take forever to respond to enquiries while your car is stuck in the shop waiting for the propper go ahead to be repaired.
