They **** completely. They want me to just put some unmatched shingles in place of the ones that blew off in storm. They don't want to stand behind the policy that I have spent the last ten years paying them for. They are only willing to pay to replace the shingles that are missing instead of the whole roof.

This is not a reputable branch or someone you want to do business with. One of his clients backed in to me in a parking lot. His client made a false statement and my claim was denied. Nathan told me to go to the small claims court which I did. His client gave me his license, which I took a picture of, but then he moved and I had no way to obtain his new address to serve him papers. Erika Thomas my Agent! Great customer service! Also her assistant Beth. When I text or call her I get immediate information. Anything needed paperwork I get it! State Farm Great insurance Company. I have home and auto insurance. Good rates.

Claim number ***********- The insurance company is not acting in Good faith, They have collected payments for years & when we need them they make it impossible to rebuild or receive money. I have two individuals handling my case that for lack of better words are completely incompetent. My write up tomorrow will be with the ** attorney general office. The house flooded. I've been on State Farm car insurance for several years. Recently had a car accident and the police called a towing company because they act faster than insurance companies do. So, my car is in a tow yard now, waiting for a secondary tow-over service to the auto body shop for more than 5 days, without hearing any estimated time of the scheduled service. I was involved in an accident head on at 65mph and not my fault. When the responsible company gave me a prelimary quote i was not sure if that would cover the vehicle since it was a 2022, with 22000 miles, and still on warranty (Vehicle was totaled by SF collsion shop). Ive been a State Farm Customer for 53 yrs and NEVER had a vehicle claim. State Farm is customer exploitation, not customer service. I am the innocent driver. Their customer destroyed my stationary vehicle and sole income source in one swipe, from behind, after many others passed it, then lied to police about the blinkers being on while I was not at the scene and before camera footage was seen. Wish I could give negative stars. I’ve been with State Farm for over 30 years. When I finally needed them they wouldn’t pay for property damage. They gladly take your money year after year but then when you need them, they will do everything in their power to not help you! My optnion of thievery!!

I found evidence of water leak to a bathroom ceiling and the wall on 8/18/2022. The bathroom internal water leak claim total was $7,627.11 and my deductible was $4,768, thus remaining amount of $2,859.11 was denied as I supposedly hired a contractor that charged too much (I hired a reputable contractor not one with bad reviews). Supposedly, the repairs done were 'out of scope' of my policy (Florida State CFO site states Insurance companies should make restitution for these types of repairs).
