My husband and I used Mike Massey law to set up a family trust several years ago. He has recently died and I am so happy everything we own is named as part of the trust. No probate has been necessary and transferring assets as bee simple. I recently used them again to re-state the trust in my name to simplify transfer in the future when it becomes necessary for my heirs to deal with my estate. The process was easy and efficient. My questions were answered and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this firm.
