I hurt my back getting my daughter into her car seat. I booked an appointment with Mike, mainly because he had availability, but also because he had good reviews on Facebook. I've never been to an osteopath before but I was pleasantly surprised. Mike was very knowledgeable and took time to ask questions and find out what the problem was. He then spent about 30 minutes manipulating my joints into better positions. Finally he gave me some stretches I can do at home. I would recommend him to others and I would use him again.
