Very stressful. Midwinter can’t seem to get organised as per how many prepaid sessions are remaining. I KNOW! Also out of four sessions I have had I have only had about half an hours treatment. We have paid £270 for six sessions plus £60 . My husband had a very good session with an experienced physio to start with, so I booked an appointment and paid £60 to follow his next one. Sian is a very experienced, professional and above all empathetic physiotherapist. Not only does she have a wealth of physiotherapy knowledge but she understands a plethora of other medical conditions that allow her to treat individual patients holistically. My daughter spent a week of 'work experience' with various physiotherapists from this organisation. She really enjoyed her time with them and gained a valuable insight into this profession. All of the staff treated her so well and great patience was shown to introduce her to this profession. I am very grateful to all the staff.
