Jen is really lovely & has made me feel relaxed in starting my rehab after quad surgery, giving me the confidence that everything will be OK when working the injured leg. I can already feel a difference after 2 sessions. I'm so pleased to have chosen Midwinter & look forward to seeing where I'll be after my next 10 sessions.

After several appointments at my local surgery regarding back and hip muscular problems for which i was advised to go and buy some Algepan I decided it was time to call in the professionals. On tuesday 12th August I had my first session with Oliver... Right from the start I knew this was the correct decision both talking to and listening to him and his trainee assistant.
