I have been coming to this location for years and have always had a great customer service experience! Annette has been very helpful and kind whenever I visit! A very convenient location and they really care about their customers.
I have had trouble with my glasses for sometime. I decided to go to Shopko Optical and they were so pleasant and corrected all the problems I was having with my glasses. Rachel helped me get the adjustments. Thank you very much!

The customer service I received tonight was atrocious! The receptionist raised her voice at me trying to blame me for her lack of communication. Then spent 20 minutes talking AT me trying to show me why I'm wrong. I have seen Dr Kensok for 30 years, she is kind, patient, informative, caring. I bring my kids and husband here just to see her. Julie at the front was AMAZING! and has retired, well deserved. 5 stars for the office at THAT time. Now I do not feel welcome or comfortable at this office with the new staff.
