I've been going to Midwest for about seven years now and I do not have any complaints. The service desk staff are very kind and Jim is always on top of it all. I'm greeted with respect and always with my first name. The mechanics are very professional and pay attention to detail. I bought my second Toyota there and I'm certain I will purchase my next at Midwest.
I was the first car they took back to get my oil changed. At 7am. My car wasn't finished until 9:30am. It was a simple oil change and tire rotation.
An hour and a half to get my oil changed....and this was with an appt. But it did look like my techinacin had several good, long conversations with his coworkers!! Disappointing!!
I took my kids to a car show where you guys had a couple of cars entered. My son liked your red Ford Shelby GT350, as we were taking a picture of him with it, a salesperson or someone affiliated with Midwest approached us to tell us about the cars and your dealership. She introduced herself and her inebriated partner, and then said, and i quote,"this car is actually for sale, not that you guys could afford it, but we have a very large used car inventory." Good job! That was the fastest oil change I have ever gotten. I love my Ford! Thank you Michael Cole for your hard work and finding our truck for us!
For me this was a very negative experience. Tried to return car next morning. Each person had a different story. Fought with them for almost 5 weeks to get paperwork for getting car registered so I could trade it in elsewhere. Eventually had to go to dealership to pick up papers. Payment was due in 9 days and still hadn't received paperwork to know where to send first payment. Finally got car registered and went to a different dealership and traded the new car I bought from them in for something else. I won't be recommending... read more
