We purchased a vehicle from here in August and it has been very frustrating. First, they did not pay off our two trade-ins until over a month after we traded them in. Both accounts had had payments due during that time. Now, it is six weeks after we purchased the vehicle and we still do not have the paperwork to get tags. Overall, this dealership has not followed through with their end of the deal, and we have been unsatisfied with their customer service and professionalism.

Be upfront with people and inform them ahead of time about charges or that there is a possibility of being charged.
Salesman wasn’t very organized, kept looking for stuff and we didn’t get a copy of the warranty. Love the car though!!
Great folks
We are happy to make the hour drive to have Midwest Ford in Hutchinson KS service our 2012 Ford Explorer. They are very accommodating and are interested in providing us with the best service. Their service manager Stewart worked with us yesterday and he took exceptional care of us. They also have a free shuttle to the mall or wherever you need to go and we just call when we are ready to come back to the dealership.
